Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $70 and over
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS for all domestic orders.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@teajourneyscolorado.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tea Journeys is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
